Scott Powers names Romildo Sanches as the FishHawk soccer president!

For the past four months, Romildo Sanches and Scott Powers, president of Fish Hawk Sports Association, have been talking about bring soccer into FishHawk area. According to Mr. Powers, Romildo was chosen due to his experience in starting an organization from scratch and make it successful. In addition, Romildo has a large experience with recreational and select programs. The park grand open will be on May 10th, 2008.

PLAYERS CLUB U18 BOYS RANKING # 1 ON THE STATE OF FLORIDA!

The Players Club Rio U-18 boys competed on the Florida state cup on the weekend of March 29th - 30th. They scored nine goals and surrender only one goal. They advanced to the round of 16 as group winner. They defected J A X kicks 3 x 0, West candle 4 x 1 Golf Coast United 2 x 0. Coaches and parents are very proud of the boy's commitment and dedication to the team and hope to advance to the final four.

2008 SPRING SOCCER PROGRAM:

Program: Boys and girls 4 to 12 years old.

Dates: March 8th, to May 17th, 2008.

Format:

Ages 4 and 5: 4 vs. 4 no goalies.

Ages 6 and 7: 4 vs. 4 no goalies.

Ages 8 and 10: 6 vs. 6 with goalies.

Ages 11 and 12: 8 vs. 8 with goalies.

Mazeed Aro-Lambo, Zackary Hamm, Noah Shafer and Tunde Balogun will proudly represent our club on the state level.

PLAYERS CLUB SOCCER ACADEMY!

Brazilian training style and small sided games!

When: Every Sunday 1:30 - 3:00 PM and Monday from 7:30 to 9:00 PM

Where: Heather Lakes soccer

Purpose: to develop the technical ability and awareness of each individual player.

Players club welcome Juan De Brigard as a new head coach for the U14 blue team. Coach De Brigard is professional licensed coach from Germany soccer federation. In addition, coach De Brigard has trained world well know goalies such as Faryd Mondragon and Oscar Cordova both from Colombia National team. Coach De Brigard is a very good addition for the club.
